Precautions for use of hand pull block
1.制止超载运用，制止私行加长手柄运用，制止用人力以外的其它动力操作;

2.在起吊起重物时，制止人员在重物下做任何作业或行走，防止发生人身事故;

4.运用前应检查上下吊钩是否挂牢。应使载荷加在吊钩的钩腔中心。起重链条不得有错曲解曲折的链环，以保证安全;

5.运用时假设发现手扳力时应立即中止运用，并进行检查;
