1、每次作业完毕，首先要擦拭链条（钢丝绳）上黏附的泥浆、粉尘或油污，将手扳葫芦存放于干燥处，以防止锈蚀。

2、每年应对手扳葫芦至少进行4次保养处理。如用柴油清洗机件，并以钙基润滑脂润滑。

4、手扳葫芦在使用中零部件会逐渐磨损、变形、断裂或锈蚀，应定期对手扳葫芦各部件进行检查，及时更换或维修故障部件，以免带病使用影响整机性能。
