（1）使用手扳葫芦时，起重量不准超过允许荷载，要按照标记的起重量使用。

（4）由于手扳葫芦的工作原理是利用夹钳交替夹紧钢丝绳的，所以要求使用钢芯的钢丝绳而不能用麻芯钢丝绳，因麻芯绳柔软而富有弹性，在夹钳夹紧后有易松动的现象，是不安全的。
